Should Mitch McConnell Be Replaced as the GOP’s Senate Leader?

Here’s the Scoop

Former President Donald Trump says that Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) “does not deserve to continue to be leader.”

Trump rebuked McConnell for working with the Democrats to approve debt ceiling increases.

“He is a bad guy. He’s done a bad job,” Trump said. “He’s allowed $4 trillion to go into the hands of the Democrats, and this is $4 trillion into the hands of these radical-left Democrats who are wasting it on the Green New Deal — think of it.”

“He increased the debt ceiling, he approved the debt ceiling, he let them have it, and he got nothing for it, and they must have something on him,” he added. “The only thing I can say about him they must have something on him.”

You are so wrong. If that the case why did he delay the appointment of Garland for the Supreme Court with a year kept during President Obama last year
