Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, faced the full weight of justice this week as he was found guilty on three felony counts related to his 2018 gun purchase. The jury in Delaware reached a unanimous decision, concluding that Hunter lied on paperwork to obtain a revolver and possessed the firearm while being a known drug addict. This verdict could result in up to 25 years behind bars and a staggering $750,000 in fines.
Photos captured the moment Hunter Biden exited the courthouse, hand-in-hand with First Lady Jill Biden and his wife, Melissa Cohen Biden. Sentencing is anticipated in about four months, conveniently aligning with the heat of the election season. Despite his plea of not guilty, Hunter may appeal the decision, yet President Biden has assured the public he will not pardon his son.
The week-long trial featured testimony from key witnesses, including Hunter’s ex-wife, a former girlfriend, and the gun store clerk who sold him the firearm. Among the most poignant testimonies was that of Hallie Biden, Beau Biden’s widow, who revealed details about Hunter’s drug use and the disposal of the revolver. Prosecutors bolstered their case with text messages where Hunter admitted to “smoking crack” shortly after purchasing the gun.
On the defense side, lawyers contested the evidence of drug abuse during the time of the gun purchase, even calling Hunter’s daughter, Naomi, to the stand. However, Hunter himself refrained from testifying.
This gun conviction isn’t Hunter Biden’s only legal trouble. He is also facing tax charges in California with a trial slated for September. These legal actions follow the collapse of a plea deal last year and are being driven by Special Counsel David Weiss.
President Biden, who is seeking re-election, expressed his unwavering support for his son, stating, “Jill and I will always be there for Hunter and the rest of our family with our love and support.” Yet, this scandal certainly adds a layer of complexity to an already turbulent political landscape.

He’s actually pretty pitiful and Joe is at fault. But the Big Guy was sharing in the booty Hunter was putting into the families network of LLCs to hide it.

Yes indeedy it was. But that happens a lot. I remember back when I applied for my first concealed weapon permit, the guy ahead of me was basically kicked out of the room. The officers were laughing because the guy ahead of me didn’t speak English and had a record as long as your arm and tried to use a stolen drivers license as id.

If and when evidence shows up indicating he ibrokr the law, then he should be prosecuted. But after looking for months, they haven’t found anything against him or his father. Just a lot of bluster and spots on Fox entertainment
