The Justice Department has charged former President Donald Trump with 37 felony counts related to his alleged mishandling of classified documents.
On Tuesday, Trump pleaded not guilty to all charges.
“We most certainly enter a plea of not guilty,” Todd Blanche, Trump’s attorney, told Magistrate Judge Jonathan Goodman.
Earlier in the day, before heading to the courtroom, the former president posted on social media: “ONE OF THE SADDEST DAYS IN THE HISTORY OF OUR COUNTRY. WE ARE A NATION IN DECLINE!!!”

He has not violated the Presidential Records Acts. His documents were securely stored in a locked room and guarded by Secret Service. As POTUS Trump had the ultimate authority to declassify anything he wanted. He was not subject to any other alphabet agency rules.

Presidential Records Act supersedes ALL! For PRESIDENTS ONLY- not senators, not VP’s! If Pres. Trump wanted to make paper airplanes out of the docs- he could! Archivists ect have NO say…They can ask but have NO legal authority at all. Judicial watch sued for tapes Clinton has in his sock drawer. They lost. Presidential Records act was defined by the judge in that case 2012. No one challenged. So it is SET! If ya want- check out Judicialwatch.org for full descript of their Clinton case and how this gives Trump all he needs. Smith conveniently left out any mention of the records act. This is how he manipulated all the counts and now all MSM left wing nuts are going by. Judge in FL -this case should be dismissed and Smith etc Fined, licenses taken etc. for falsifying info AGAIN! IRISHGAL, I’m sorry to tell you, but you kind of have it all wrong! First of all the presidential act doesn’t come into it because Trump is not being charged for anything that he did as president. He is being indicted for illegal things he did as citizen Trump. His refusal to return the documents and the fact that he was hiding the documents and showing highly classified documents to just regular people that had no business seeing this stuff. And the tape that they have of him incriminating himself is not a fake, according to Trump himself who admitted that that was him on the tape, but that he was holding up plans for a golf course, or some such nonsense. Also, quite a few witnesses have stepped up to say that they were there, and he was holding up classified documents of Iran. It’s not looking good for Citizen Trump.

There are no violations of the presidential records act. If there were, the last 14 presidents would be indicted. There is court precedence. Biden, however, doesn’t fall under the presidential records act. He wasn’t supposed to have them at all, unsecured and available for every crook and foreign agent at his many sites where he stored them. There is evidence that they were used to further the bribery and money laundering of him and his son.

I agree with several of the evaluations and comments above concerning Trump’s liability in regard to the possession of classified documents. When you consider Clinton’s hiding classified docs in his socks!! and surviving the “judicial” inquiry that followed, as well as Biden’s haphazard stowing of classified documents in four non-secured locations (even when he was VP and did not have the authority to do this), Trump’s retention of documents, most not classified, is a insignificant. Every attempt is being made to block his candidacy for the Presidency–what next? DUI when he was sixteen? They’ll find something else.. the DOJ is in Biden’s camp..100%. Oh, I forgot, Obama “saved” a truckload of documents (many classified) and was given a slap on the wrist. Naughty, naughty boy. You should know better.

Innocent or not. It’s clearly obvious that Donald Trump is being politically persecuted . That alone leads me to suspect that he is innocent of majority of the charges that have been leveled against him. Especially when his political adversaries have been found to do much worse and NOTHING has been done to them. This comment is just my personal observation.
