Does Biden Want to Kill the NRA?

In a recent White House speech, President Joe Biden boasted, “we beat the NRA,” and vowed, “we’re going to finish the job.” Biden’s comments came while discussing his administration’s efforts to combat crime and make communities safer.
Biden praised his administration for making “historic investments in proven strategies to interrupt and prevent crime and violence in the first place.” He cited programs that use “trusted messengers,” such as people from the neighborhood and those who have been incarcerated and released.
He claimed that these programs have a “track record of reducing violent crime by 30 to 60 percent where those programs exist.” Biden then turned his attention to gun violence, stating, “My plan goes after the scourge of gun violence in America.”
The President declared that he has taken more executive actions to stop the flow of illegal guns than any other administration in history. He referenced the law he signed in June 2022 that incentivized states to pass red flag laws and increased background checks on people between the ages of 18 and 21 who wanted to purchase a gun. Red flag laws allow judges to seize firearms from a person based on the assumption that the person could use the gun to harm themselves or others.
The NRA criticized the law, stating that it “can be abused to restrict lawful gun purchases, infringe upon the rights of law-abiding Americans, and use federal dollars to fund gun control measures being adopted by state and local politicians.”
In February, Biden announced that the Department of Justice would fund over $231 million to states, part of which would go to support red-flag programs. He concluded his speech by promising to “ban assault weapons and high-capacity magazines next time around.”
Biden also mentioned the formation of the first-ever White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention, overseen by Vice President Harris.

The NRA killed itself via Wayne LaPierre and compromising our rights away. But the Demoncrats does want to take away the Second Amendment.

Instead of banning weapons, allow the police to search suspicious people who they suspect of criminal activity. This would get many of the illegal weapons off the street before they cause harm. The legal carriers will have their permit to carry and the bad guys will lose there weapons. This illegal search and seisure is a bad law that lets criminals literally get away with murder. QUIT TYING THE POLICE’S HANDS. Let them do their jobs.

The requirement for “probable cause” that prevents illegal search & seizure protects the innocent just as much as the guilty. If not for that requirement, bad cops, (and, yes, there are bad ones ‘though, luckily, they’re a very small minority,) could do pretty much whatever they wanted, (or whatever Democrats ordered them to do,) to anyone. If you don’t believe that is the only thing keeping the Dummycrats from coming after ALL our guns, you’re crazy. Already they’re trying to erode those protections with “Red Flag laws” and Hochul’s National Guard subway searches that are, clearly, illegal and unconstitutional violations of our rights, including our right against unreasonable search and seizure. If we don’t safeguard the rights of ALL the people, equally, then we end up with NONE of the people having any rights at all.

What about in the 29 constitutional carry states? How about prosecuting and capital punishment for the small crimes ie broken window policy of Guliani instead.

What about Constitutional Carry states? How do they apply differently? And Giuliani never had capital punishment for small crimes – do you even know what “capital punishment” is? It’s execution. I’m a firm believer in execution for anyone & everyone convicted of first degree murder. I’d also love to see it instituted for all drug dealers.

Biden’s handlers not only want to “kill” the NRA, they want to “kill” the nation as constituted! Given the apathy and ignorance of the American People in general, they will likely succeed.
