It’s not just “the risk of bad actors slipping through the cracks” it’s also normal people that have left everything behind and no longer have roots, shelter, extended families/friends, or livelihoods to get by on/with turning to “whatever they have to do to survive”. The vast majority of crimes committed by illegal immigrants are committed by ones that didn’t start out as criminals but turned to crime to survive the situation their previous bad choice (becoming an illegal immigrant in the first place) put them in.

Poor excuse .People who migrate must have the plan and ability to vend for themselves, not depend on the countries they invaded to care for them 24/7. Criminal behavior does not suddenly appear. It is a trait within the individuals character.

Turks and Caicos is NOT a place to run to when you are desperate, there isn’t much there as far as work goes and it’s VERY EXPENSIVE with VERY RESTRICTIVE laws.
